Having successfully closed challenging sales, including those during a global pandemic lockdown, short sales, REO (Bank Owned), divorce, and standard transactions, Brad's expertise is unmatched. He has also coached some of the top real estate agents globally, taught seminars, and served as an expert witness for real estate disputes.
Brad sold his luxury real estate brokerage and in 2024 joined First Team Real Estate, Southern California's #1 real estate company for the past 15 years, with international reach through the largest independent real estate network. Excited about the new venture, Brad emphasizes honesty, integrity, and perseverance in serving clients, aiming to build lifelong relationships beyond just one-time transactions.
With six years of service in the United States Marine Corps, Brad's leadership and service skills were honed, which he continues to leverage in volunteering and serving local charities. His passion for helping others has earned him national recognition, including The President of United States Volunteer Service Award and a National Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award.
